Service Call:
Residential Diagnostics & Repairs
Diagnostic Fee: $155.00 + Tax
After Hours: $232.50
This price covers all of our licenses and necessary insurances we need to show up at your home and provide a professional diagnosis. If we get called back out to your home within 7 days for the same issue, we do not charge you an additional diagnostic fee. How good is that?!
Commercial Diagnostics & Repairs
Hourly Fee: $175.00 + Tax
After Hours: $262.50
This is a fee that covers all of our licenses and necessary insurances with the limits you need for our technician(s) to show up at your commercial building or place of business. Because commercial equipment is used differently than residential equipment is, we charge hourly as most commercial repairs have to be invoiced on a time and material basis.
If you need emergency/weekend service please call our office to notify the on-call mechanic (828) 255-8256

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Preventive Maintenance: A Wellness Visit for Your HVAC System
Think of a maintenance visit like an annual wellness checkup — for your heating and cooling system instead of yourself. While your technician is on-site, they check the overall health of your equipment and catch small issues before they become expensive ones, like a plugged drain line, a weak capacitor, or a clogged filter.
Routine maintenance has real, proven benefits. Studies show that regular maintenance can:
✔️ Prolong the life of your HVAC system
✔️ Maintain a cleaner, more efficient system
✔️ Improve energy savings
✔️ Help meet manufacturer warranty requirements
What Maintenance Does Not Cover
A maintenance visit is a checkup, not an insurance policy. Your HVAC system contains hundreds of individual components — thermostats, moving mechanical parts, refrigerant, motors, compressors, circuit boards, and sensors, to name just a few — and routine maintenance cannot guarantee the system will never break down.
If your technician notices anything outside the standard maintenance checklist that needs attention, they'll document it clearly and recommend next steps — with no pressure and no obligation.
